Favorite Skincare Products From 2017

Hey my loves! I’m finally back with the Skincare Sunday posts. It was a long time coming, but I feel good about blogging again! Skincare Sunday’s will be every other Sunday. Today’s post is about my favorite skincare products from 2017, starting with face masks!

Face Mask – One of my favorite face mask last year has been the “OMG 4 in 1 Kit Zone System Mask.” It has 4 steps for only $7. The steps include the Eye Zone 24k Gold Eye Patch, T Zone Charcoal Clay Mask, and U Zone Kaolin Clay Mask and Moisture Finishing Cream.  What I love most about this mask is that it covers all areas of the face. After using the mask, my face felt like it was full of life! It was rejuvenated, refreshed and refined.

 Toner – The toner that I’ve been loving last year is the Apple Honey and Green Tea Toner from the Butter Bar. I tried a few different toners and this one stood out to me. I love the tingle it gives my skin when I use it and the apple cider vinegar really cleans my pores. 

 Cleanser – I ended my year using Shea Moisture's 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Face Milk Cleanser and I am here for it. It’s light enough to use day and night without feeling very harsh. I used to use black soap on my face (which I still love) but it did strip my face and I had to put tons of moisturizer on afterwards to keep my face from feeling dry. What I like most about the Shea Moisture cleanser is the fact that my face feels refreshed afterwards and I still have moisture when I wash my face.

 Hydrating Serums – I’ve never used serums before last year, so I was super excited to incorporate a serum in my skincare regimen. I love the Melan-In skin nourishing serum. It’s a 4 in 1 serum that acts as a serum and a primer. It works as an SPF, skin balancing and an acne fighting serum. The best serum if you want to work on a few things at one time. My holy grail when it comes to glowy skin!

 Cleansing wipes – My favorite cleansing wipes have been the Ogee Daily Facial Cleansing wipes. I love them a lot because they are organic and I get a good cleanse when I wipe my face at night. I’m really lazy when it comes to removing makeup at night, so this is perfect for me when I’m about to go to sleep and I need that last cleanse.
